Meet your 2007 Summer Camp Staff!

 benlinder

Ben Linder -- Summer Program Director

This will be Ben's first summer at All Saints', but he spent quite a bit of time at the center during his undergraduate work at Western Kentucky University. Ben is a native of Arkansas and was recently hired as the diocesan coordinator for youth and young adult ministries. Part of his job description has him as the summer program director at All Saints'. Ben has been involved with summer camp ministry since the age of 8, when he had his first camp experience at Camp Mitchell in Arkansas. Ben has worked as a counselor's assistant, a counselor, the program assistant, assistant director and summer director within the camping program at Camp Mitchell. He brings 11 years of job experience to his ministry here at All Saints'. Ben is looking forward to expanding the wonderful programs that are offered at All Saints' and is planning to include new sports activities, drama options and a weekly camp video to the already long list of fun activities offered to campers at All Saint's.

 Mark Donnelly -- Outdoor Education/Counselor

Mark is a new addition to the All Saints' summer staff but is very familiar with working at camps. He spent last summer serving at the outdoor living skills director at Camp Mitchell, the Episcopal Summer camp program in arkansas. Mark is currently attending Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn. Apart from working at Camp Mitchell, Mark has also worked as a counselor at the Chattahoochee Nature Reserve. Mark will be incorporating his experience in both camp settings into the outdoor education program at All Saints'. The Outdoor Education Program will focus on conservation, ecology, canoeing skills, fire and knife safety, and nature hikes to help campers learn to identify the plant life within the All Saints' environment. Mark will also serve as a counselor on the boy's side of camp.

 Brittany Bigham -- Counselor

Brittany is a returning counselor and has been a part of the All Saints' family since coming to camp as a camper in 2002. Brittany is originally from Louisville and is attending Eastern Kentucky University, where she studies occupational therapy. Brittany recently celebrated her 21st birthday by skydiving. She will be focusing on arts and crafts as well as serve as a counselor on the girl's side of camp.

 drewbradley

Drew Bradley -- Waterfront/Counselor

Drew has been a part of the All Saint's summer staff since he was 16 years old. Drew grew up in Louisville and is currently attending Murray State University, where he is on the cycling team and in the Disc Golf club. Drew will work with Kelly Gillean on the waterfront staff as well as serve as a counselor on the boy's side of camp. Drew enjoys the environment of All Saints' and the outdoors. He will be helping with the outdoor education program in addition to his work at the pool and river.

 Kelly Gillean -- Waterfront/Counselor

Kelly is also a new addition to the summer camp program at All Saints', but has been heavily involved in the youth and camp programs within the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. Kelly will be teaming up with Drew Bradley to provide supervision at the pool and river. Kelly is an avid outdoors enthusiast as well and will be working with the outdoor education program as well as be serving as a counselor on the girl's side of camp.

 John Moore -- Counselor

John will be joining the summer staff at All Saints' for the first time, but he is no stranger to the community of All Saints'. John attended youth events and other activities at All Saints' during his time in the youth program at Christ Episcopal Church in Bowling Green. A recent graduate of Centre College, John is looking forward to taking an active role in the sports program this summer as well as his work as a counselor on the boy's side of camp.

 brandon

Brandon Brones -- Head Male Counselor

Brandon has spent roughly the past 10 summers at All Saints' and is excited about coming back to see old friends and make new ones. Brandon, a Louisville native, attends the University of Louisville. His favorite camp activities are canoeing and leading everyone in "Singin' in the Rain" though his version might make Gene Kelly roll in the grave.

 p'tricia

P'tricia Egbert -- Head Female Counselor

P'tricia is a familiar face at All Saints'. She truly enjoys spending the summer with new and old campers, which explains why she is coming back to work as a counselor for her seventh summer in a row. P'tricia is originally from Sacramento, but she moved with her family to Louisville while she was in high school. She now studies history at the University of Louisville. P'tricia can recite the preamble to the Constitution, and would love to demonstrate this when you see her.

 Cane West -- Counselor

Cane joins us from Arkansas, where he just graduated from high school and will begin studying at Davidson College in North Carolina this fall. This will be his first summer at All Saints' and he is really looking forward to becoming part of the community there. He can't wait to help lead sports this summer. A little known fact about him: he's tri-lingual... almost.

 Amy Fekete -- Counselor

Amy is another newcomer to All Saints' who is looking forward to the many fun memories to come. A Louisville native, she attends Eastern Kentucky University, where she is persuing a degree in elementary education. She really enjoys working with kids and helping others.
